To meet the needs of international customers, our independently developed fully automatic breadcrumb production line recently went into successful production at an overseas customer's factory, earning high praise for its stable and efficient performance.
Our one-stop solution covers the entire production process:
Raw Material Mixing – Wheat flour is the primary raw material. Yeast and water are added in appropriate proportions and mixed thoroughly.
Extrusion – Using a twin-screw extruder, the product is extruded and cooked under high temperature and pressure to ensure a uniform texture.
Cutting and Shaping – Flexible tooling can be adjusted to meet specific needs, enabling the production of granular or shredded breadcrumbs.
Drying and Cooling – A multi-layer drying system reduces moisture content, ensuring a crispy texture and storage stability.
Sieving and Packaging – The product is graded and finally sealed and packaged by an automatic packaging machine.

In a recent project, an overseas food processing company installed our complete breadcrumb production line. We quickly installed and debugged the equipment, and it went into production smoothly.
