From extrusion equipment to drying and cooling systems, the product structure across different series has become increasingly well defined. In terms of extrusion equipment, total deliveries in 2025 reached approximately 130 units, covering multiple segments including twin-screw extruders, single-screw extruders, and specialized models. From a structural perspective, the 70H and ETT78-28D models remained the mainstay, while the TS-III model recorded rapid growth. Specifically, the SLT70H twin-screw extruder ranked first with 34 units delivered, followed by the ETT78-28D twin-screw extruder with 21 units. The ETT65-28D and TS-III extruders each recorded 9 units, while the S65I twin-screw main machine remained stable at 7 units. Other models in the S series and SLT series served as effective complements, meeting diverse requirements for different raw materials and production capacities.
Notably, the ETT series, as the company’s flagship high-end extrusion equipment, is widely applied in the processing of premium puffed foods, mid-to-high-end feed, and functional raw materials. In the area of drying and cooling equipment, deliveries in 2025 approached 100 units, representing a significant year-on-year increase in overall scale. Among them, the five-layer, five-meter oven became the absolute mainstream model, with a total of 43 units delivered across various heating methods, accounting for the largest share. Meanwhile, cross-flow ring dryers reached 18 units, three-layer five-meter electric ovens totaled 16 units, and single-layer chain-belt dryers reached 11 units. This diversified product structure fully demonstrates the company’s maturity in providing integrated system solutions.
From a year-on-year comparison, core equipment achieved steady growth from 2024 to 2025. Within extrusion equipment, SLT70H units increased from 16 to 24, while ETT78-28D rose significantly from 8 to 19 units. Models such as the ETT65-28D and TS-III also continued to expand in volume, reflecting a marked increase in market demand for high-end, stable equipment. In drying equipment, five-layer five-meter ovens gradually shifted from multiple parallel specifications toward higher-configuration solutions, with gas-fired and electric heating options advancing in parallel.
