Production Line Process
1. Mixing
- Raw materials (wheat flour, corn starch, water, and optional seasonings) are accurately measured and mixed.

2. Extrusion
- The dough is fed into a Twin-screw Extruder, where it is puffed under controlled temperature and pressure.
- The extrusion process creates a porous, expanded structure, enhancing crispiness and oil absorption.
3. Cutting
- The extruded product is instantly cut into sticks using a Drawing & Cutting Machine, ensuring uniform size for consistent drying and grinding.
4. Grinding
- The cut sticks pass through a Pulverizer to break them into different sizes' crumbs, depending on customer requirements.
5. Drying
- The crumbs are transferred to a Vibrate Fluid Bed Dryer, reducing moisture content to achieve the desired crispness and extended shelf life.
6. Cooling
- After drying, the bread crumbs are cooled to room temperature to stabilize texture before packaging.
7. Packaging
- An Automated Weighing and Packaging System fills the crumbs into moisture-proof bags, with options for vacuum sealing or nitrogen flushing to preserve freshness.
- Packaging formats include 5kg/10kg bags for foodservice or retail-ready consumer packs.
