ETT系列
The multifunctional twin-screw extruder is widely used in the food industry for making various extruded products. Its double-screw design provides better control over the extrusion process, leading to consistent and high-quality results. Common items produced with this extruder include snack foods, such as corn puffs, breakfast cereals and snack pellets, as well as pet food. The extruder can process ingredients by adding moisture or applying heat, ensuring that each product meets the desired specifications before shaping it into the final form.
Product Description
The multifunctional twin-screw extruder is designed with twin screws that can be freely combined to meet the needs of different products, making it a highly versatile machine. The twin-screw extruder heats and mixes raw materials, then pushes the mixture through a die to create the final product. The twin screw extruder consists of two parallel screws, rotating inside a barrel, which is heated by an external heat source. The screws and barrels are made of hard alloy sleeve which increase the using life of the machine. The machine uses top-grade gearbox and bearings to ensure stable performance and a longer lifespan. It is equipped with a PLC Touch Screen which allows for up to 24 recipe memory. The powerful Direct-Cutting System with Linear Slide Rail ensures high production.
ETT series twin-screw extruder is perfect for making a variety of snack foods. You can create delicious corn puffs, co-extrusion bars, corn flakes, breakfast cereals, doritos, bugles, and 2D/3D pellets. It is also great for producing fortified rice kernels, instant noodles, bread crumbs, textured vegetable protein (TVP), and High Moisture Meat Analogues (HMMA). In addition to snacks, this machine is used to make high-quality pet food and aquatic feed, ensuring that your products meet the needs of both pets and fish.
