Recently, the core production workshop of Shandong Light M&E Co., Ltd. located in the High-tech Development Zone of Jinan City completed the intelligent renovation and was successfully put into use. This renovation is centered on "intelligent upgrading, lean manufacturing, and green environmental protection", marking an important step for the company in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing.
The renovation project covers major production and management links such as CNC machining, automatic welding, and finished product testing, and newly added intelligent CNC machine tools and automated testing systems. By strengthening the 6S production management system and warehousing system, the workshop has achieved scientific management and intelligent scheduling, the overall production capacity has been improved, and the product qualification rate has been further improved.
In terms of green manufacturing, the new workshop uses energy-saving equipment and environmentally friendly dust removal systems, which reduces energy consumption by 20% and significantly improves the working environment. The workshop layout is optimized according to the lean production concept, which greatly improves logistics and production efficiency.
